Why Isn't my Report Downloading?
If you're report is taking a while to download or the pop up advises the report has failed to download, try out the following steps.
If you're trying to download an Excel file and it won't download, try downloading a the same report as a PDF file. If they PDF file downloads, sign out of Spec-Rite, sign back in and download the report as an Excel file again. If the report still doesn't download, please reach out to our Customer Success Specialist.
If you're trying to download a PDF file and it won't export, try downloading a the same report as an Excel file. If they Excel file downloads, sign out of Spec-Rite, sign back in and download the report as an PDF file again. If the report still doesn't download, please reach out to our Customer Success Specialist.
If you're having the same error when trying to export a report as a KML, Shapefile or GeoJSON file, try exporting the report as each of the geo-file types. If the 2 undesired geo-file types download, sign our of Spec-Rite, sign back in and try exporting the desired file type again. If the report fails to download again or all files types fail to download, please reach out to our Customer Success Specialist.
