Why is my Dashboard Beads Usage different from my Reports?

If you noticed that the Beads Usage totals from your reports don't match the totals on the dashboard, there's an easy fix. It's down to either 1 of 2 reasons but both can be resolved with a custom template.

1.) If you're using the default Usage template it could be a little confusing since it provides Beads Usage for guns 1 & 2. Head over to the Reports page, find the Templates section and click New Template. Once you've named you Template, I recommend using either the Time Row Command by hour or the Distance Row Command by 2640 ft. The time Row Command creates a new row for each hour there was work done. The Distance will create a new row every time the truck drives a half mile. Next head to the "Beads" section and look for the advanced options. Beads 2 Usage & Beads 3 Usage are both located here. If you're using 3 bead guns, make sure you have Beads Usage 3 selected. If you don't need a per gun usage breakdown, I recommend selecting Total Beads Usage (under Beads 1 Usage), that way you don't have to worry about Beads 2 & 3 Usage being excluded from reports. Now re-run the report you were looking for and match the totals you see on the Dashboard to your new report.

2.) If you're already using a Custom Template, confirm that you have all the Usage metrics for all the bead guns you're using, selected. Beads 2 & 3 Usage are located in the Advanced Options of the "Beads".
