Generating a One-Time Report
How to Create One Time Reports
If you're having trouble generating a one time report, this video is for you. We'll go through the two different ways you can generate one time reports. The first way is to come to the report page and make your way to the middle tab up here called reports. Your first step after clicking new report is to pick the template you want to use. Once you pick that, you'll get this pop up right here with a few different entry fields to fill out so we can generate this report. Give it a name that clearly defines what the report is going to be. I'm calling this one example two just for demonstration purposes. Next, you want to pick the date range of the data that you're looking for. Make it is set to one time, unless you want it to be a scheduled report. There's another video for that, but for one time reports, just make sure this is set to one time.
You can change your template in case you pick the wrong one when initially opening the pop up here. You can select one, all or specific trucks if you need to. My example is using just one truck. Next you'll pick the job or jobs that you want. Now that we filled out all of our criteria, all you do is save your report down here and you'll get this message up here saying your report generation has started please check back later. Once that report populates, you can view, export it or delete should you need to.
You do have another option to create reports which is through Skyview. You’ll open the application layer and enter the time period, truck & job that you’re looking for. Once the Job has populated on the map, you can click the Create Reports Icon beside the layer information to quickly create a report. Whatever information you entered in your application layer auto-populates in the reports entry fields. Once all the boxes are filled out, hit save and return to your reports log to this report.
If you do have any more questions or find yourself having trouble, please let us know. We'd love to make sure you're able to use the platform to its fullest.
