Why am I Missing Data Part 2: DL-18 Only

If the previous article didn't resolve the issue with data not populating, there's a good chance this will. Now this only applies to folks using the DL-18 and HDVO-318 systems in combination. It's more common than not so please try the troubleshooting below to ensure the DL-18 is set as the primary data logger. If you're unsure of what type of data logger you have, you can see that by visiting the equipment page. Failing to do does cause data not to appear in SRO. The following steps walk through how to make sure you've properly set the DL-18 as the primary data logger.
